Cancellation & Refund Policy for GrowKidz

Welcome to GrowKidz Learning Technologies Pvt Ltd. We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for your child. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. Below is our Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days from the commencement of the class to be eligible for a refund.

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us via email at info@growkidz.in, call our helpline at +91-6238559923, or inform the mentor assigned to your child.

Refund Calculation:

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of classes attended by the student.

  • We will deduct the cost of the classes already utilized from the total amount paid and refund the balance.

Refund Process:

  • Initiating a Refund: Contact us through any of the aforementioned methods to request a refund. Please provide the student's name, class details, and the reason for the refund.

  • Verification: Our team will verify the details and the number of classes attended.

  • Processing: Once verified, we will process the refund for the unused classes. Please note that this process may take up to 10 business days to complete.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of enrollment.

  • We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
